Horrible experience

Ball caps too big ! Pricey $10 to send back plus I had to pay another $5 at ups to make label! I will never order again from NFL!

I love Football and whenever I get busy, I get to see updates about the score and games in here. It is convenient to use and I can easily read news in here.

I love football & always have. The whole national anthem thing was sad & I tried to stay neutral on it. I just saw a commercial on your channel that said football was basically everything under the sun. The gay players that has a foundation was the porpose. At the end it after it showed all that were included it said football is everything. Everything except the Star Bangled Banner. To remove it was a choice the NFL made but to now exclude it, that's wrong. You are doing to it as it was accused of doing. Please do not continue showing that commercial. It will become very public knowledge. This is the national Anthem & was not offensive until some opinionated person decided it was & it alienated 1(2 the fans. Putting up with it's removal is part of compromised to make things right because sadly there are still issues. To completely ignore & exclude it is shameful & if you're all about doing the right thing, this is not it. I am only 1 viewer so I'm nobody. The Internet gives me the ability to be more than 1. In the same spirit of the compromise & equality that is the very point of all that has happened, then shouldn't it also be given as well as received. This hit at a very personal level & is doing exactly what the entire movement is about not doing. If it continues to air, it will be seen by many off this network. 10-12 weeks til kickoff? I love football & the reasons for all this is a legitimate one. The exclusion is not in the way to equality. I'm a Vet & this was a terrible slap in the face the day after Memorial Day. Thank you for your time.

In the last London Games, promised things were not kept. We have not yet received back the almost 2000$. NFL Support has been silent for months. Never again will I buy tickets for this league!

Horrible one sided reporting all positive about 49ers and negative about Packers

I placed an order for my girlfriend's birthday 2 weeks in advance. One of the items came within the delivery window that was guaranteed. The other came about 10 days later. Both were saints apparel. A hat and a cam Jordan jersey. The quality of the jersey was that of a swap meet. I honestly can't believe that somehow the NFL is OK with the quality of these products. Horrible experience. When Started processing my return I was charged almost $14 to return the items.
That is outrageous. Never ever buying products from this site again. Ever since they got mixed up with fanatics, the quality has gone down the drain. Thanks for wasting my time. Thanks for nothing. Whoever is in charge of nflshop.com should fire themselves.

I purchased a NFL neon clock from the NFL Official shop (NFLshop.com) and was shocked. The website says it is official NLF merchandise but the clock gave no indication of that (very expensive for a generic clock). The wiring was secured by tape instead of wire nuts. The website says it is 75% metal and 25% neon but the clock was actually plastic colored silver. The clock face is hard cardboard that doesn't lay flat.

To top it off, you can't contact via email. You can only connect by live chat and the person chatting with you disconnects in mid conversation.

My order was not reflected in my orders under my account. The live chat didn't even to bother with that question.

Overall, I am very disappointed in the NFL. Very high priced items at a very poor quality and very lousy support.

All I have to say is start at the top and get rid of these bums .there is so much corruption in the NFL it's really sad . If your a team with lots of people in a big city your fine .Vegas is the top of the list for corruption. NFL money talks the biggest sports and money oriented game with hugh payouts .get rid of the corruption.

I want to know why every Sunday when the 49 ers come on nfl red zone plays more footage of all other teams besides the niners!!!!why??? I only get to watch replays to my team and I am pissed!!!show the same time span on all teams ,or sit the damn show off!!!

perhaps I am something of a romantic. But I believe sectional football powered through and ocean. The product that is put on the field has it for me every single year‘s and I would be lying if I said I don’t think they do a good job at ensuring the health of the players hip-hop good work Roger Goodell.

NFL.com is a joke. Clue#1 - they hide/bury their contact info. Clue#2 They partner up with 2nd rate providers Clue#3 Even if subscribe to one of their providers you have a 10% chance of getting connected. Read it and weep now, because the younger generations won't be supporting ANYTHING NFL in next 10 years.
